At Vital Balance, we understand the importance of timely delivery of your products. That's why we work hard to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
We ship to all destinations within the United States and its territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the destination, shipping carrier, and the volume of orders being processed.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for further assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vital Balance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at customerservice@vitalbalance.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
We are not able to process returns for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@vitalbalance.com. We will be happy to send a replacement product or issue a refund.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping and handling fees.
